What you will do

• Own and continuously improve process systems using ClickUp, Zapier, and N8N.
• Audit and redesign ClickUp structures and workflows to match team operational needs.
• Build and maintain smart automations to reduce manual work and remove bottlenecks.
• Establish process governance through documentation, templates, and periodic clean-ups.
• Support recurring processes like OKRs by preparing trackers and timelines.
• Partner with teams to simplify inefficient processes and act as a process ambassador.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, process improvement, or systems administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with ClickUp, including structures, workflows, and dashboards.
• Ability to audit workflows, identify root causes, and design practical solutions.
• Clear documentation and communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience with no-code automation tools, particularly Zapier, and maintaining automation logic.
