What you will do

• Own projects end-to-end from planning through delivery with full accountability
• Remove blockers and align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, business)
• Define structure in ambiguous situations and make decisions with imperfect information
• Communicate proactively with concise updates, blocker flagging, and clear syncs
• Maintain quality standards without sacrificing speed and escalate risks early
• Drive stakeholder alignment across functions

Requirements

• Must be within ±2 hours of Lithuanian time (UTC+1 to UTC+5)
• High-ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
• Proven end-to-end delivery in tech or fintech (at least one shipped project)
• Comfortable with urgency and ambiguity
• Clear, direct, concise communicator in writing and verbally
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze root causes and propose practical solutions
• Reliable execution, detail-oriented with big-picture focus

Nice to have

• Prior experience leading product or tech project from 0→1
• Experience in startup or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with platforms, marketplaces, or digital products
