Integration Specialist (CPQ)

What you will do

• Lead integration discovery workshops and translate ERP/CRM/CPQ requirements into clear data flows and implementation plans.
• Design and validate reliable connections between hirify.global and customer technical landscapes.
• Advise customers and partners on using APIs, webhooks, and middleware, deciding between low-code and custom middleware.
• Produce practical handoff materials, including mappings, sequence diagrams, validation checklists, and go-live runbooks.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform high-risk design reviews before production.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication protocols such as OAuth2.
• Ability to model data flows, identify sources of truth, and handle complex record matching.
• Practical understanding of failure modes: retries, idempotency, pagination, and rate limits.
• Customer-facing consulting skills to lead technical workshops and challenge best practices.
• Fluent English required for communication with customers across the globe.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ or manufacturing quoting (MTO, CTO, ETO, or ATO).
• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems like SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, Odoo, or Epicor.
• Experience with low-code/iPaaS platforms (Make, Zapier, Workato, n8n).
• Basic scripting skills in JavaScript or Python for prototyping and troubleshooting.
• Dutch or German language skills.
