TL;DR
Frontend Devops Engineer (CI/CD/Frontend Tooling): Bridging the gap between frontend development and DevOps by building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and testing workflows with an accent on delivery reliability and developer experience. Focus on automating frontend testing, optimizing build performance using GitHub Actions, and ensuring high-quality code deployment.
Location: Hybrid (Budapest, Hungary) - 3 days in office, 2 days from home

What you will do
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications using GitHub Actions.
- Optimize build and deployment workflows to enhance speed and reliability.
- Integrate automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) into the development lifecycle.
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures and deployment issues.
- Establish code quality verification processes to ensure stability before deployment.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to implement version control best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Proficiency with frontend build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Playwright, Jest, or Cypress.
- Ability to script using Bash or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of Git and GitHub workflows.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Budapest, Hungary.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of monorepos and tools like Nx or Turborepo.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Experience with performance monitoring and observability tools.
