What you will do

• Design and run Kubernetes environments optimized for AI inference, retrieval, and agent execution in secure or isolated settings.
• Deploy and operate open-source/open-weight model stacks, model gateways, and vector databases such as Qdrant.
• Build reproducible platform automation using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches via Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD.
• Manage local registries, package mirrors, and security controls in environments with limited or no public cloud dependency.
• Optimize GPU, compute, and storage usage for reliable AI workloads while maintaining strict data sovereignty requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or MLOps.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Linux.
• Proven experience with AI infrastructure and production operations for LLM-based workloads.
• Hands-on skills in Python and automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Must be based in Slovakia for remote work due to European taxation regulations.
