What you will do

• Define and execute the global cloud security strategy, architecture, and governance for hirify.global’s infrastructure.
• Lead a core team of cloud security specialists and provide strategic oversight for matrixed engineering groups.
• Drive the evolution of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP) at scale.
• Manage cloud risk, vulnerability tracking, and remediation programs.
• Design resilient security frameworks to support complex AI workloads, including LLM and agentic workflows.
• Develop cloud infrastructure incident response procedures and maintain security evidence for GRC, Legal, and Privacy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expertise in Cloud Security and Infrastructure with significant leadership and people management experience.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and influencing senior engineers in a matrixed organization.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, IAM, containers, and software supply chain security.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv to support a hybrid work model.
