What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, licensing/IP) across EU, UAE, US, and CIS jurisdictions.
• Support incorporation and maintenance of legal entities and coordinate corporate actions with external providers.
• Provide legal support for digital assets, token-related documentation (SAFE/SAFT), and VASP-related operational topics.
• Coordinate with external law firms globally to track deliverables and manage costs.
• Assist with compliance projects, onboarding workflows, and the maintenance of internal legal policies.
• Mitigate legal risks by documenting decisions and ensuring traceability in legal workflows.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in an in-house legal role or a law firm.
• Strong proficiency in English and Russian (legal writing and correspondence).
• Solid foundation in contract law and corporate basics.
• Ability to manage priorities within distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
