What you will do

• Create polished animations for characters, gameplay systems, and cinematics.
• Own complex full-body, facial, and interactive animation tasks.
• Direct motion capture shoots and refine captured data for in-game use.
• Collaborate with designers and programmers to ensure animations meet gameplay needs and technical constraints.
• Support the definition and maintenance of animation standards, benchmarks, and style guides.
• Optimize animation work for real-time performance without compromising visual quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience in game animation focusing on characters, gameplay, or cinematics.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one game of comparable scale in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Unity is required.
• Experience with motion capture pipelines, including directing shoots and cleanup.
• Ability to balance visual quality with technical constraints and performance requirements.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level animators.
