What you will do

  • Develop full-stack product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
  • Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, payments, KYC, rewards, and risk management.
  • Translate ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable logic.
  • Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI engineers to launch and iterate quickly.
  • Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations.
  • Own the full lifecycle of features, including monitoring, debugging, and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping real products.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend stacks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
  • Solid backend fundamentals regarding APIs, data models, authentication, and integrations.
  • Proven experience in personally building, shipping, or scaling serious platforms or systems.
  • Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex, messy workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
