What you will do
- Develop full-stack product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, payments, KYC, rewards, and risk management.
- Translate ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI engineers to launch and iterate quickly.
- Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations.
- Own the full lifecycle of features, including monitoring, debugging, and performance improvement.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping real products.
- Proficiency in modern frontend stacks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
- Solid backend fundamentals regarding APIs, data models, authentication, and integrations.
- Proven experience in personally building, shipping, or scaling serious platforms or systems.
- Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex, messy workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
