What you will do

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Game Designers to foster creativity and professional growth.
• Own the end-to-end game design process, transforming concepts into market-leading slot games.
• Design innovative gameplay mechanics, bonus features, and progression systems to maximize engagement.
• Develop and maintain detailed Game Design Documentation (GDD) for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with mathematicians, producers, artists, developers, and QA to ensure quality.
• Analyze market trends and player metrics to refine game balance, UX, and overall performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Game Design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful slot games in the iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of RTP, volatility, bonus mechanics, and game balancing.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing design teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Russian: Fluent.
• Must be located in Ukraine, Poland, Montenegro, or Spain.
