Salary: 1100-1400 PLN/man-day (B2B)

What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance C++ cores for real-time power grid management and monitoring.
• Optimize system latency, minimize lock contention, and profile threading behavior to ensure predictable scale.
• Implement complex multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous I/O for mission-critical software.
• Participate in technical architecture reviews, design documentation, and legacy code modernization roadmaps.
• Drive the modernization of build systems and maintain cross-platform support for Linux and Windows.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to SOLID, KISS, and DRY principles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior technical roles.
• Advanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) including RAII, smart pointers, STL, and memory management.
• Strong expertise in multithreading, synchronization primitives, and real-time system design.
• Proficiency with CMake, Visual Studio, and cross-platform development for Windows and Linux.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture patterns.
• Practical experience developing systems for power grid management, SCADA, IED, or RTU.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of C# development.
