What you will do

• Establish and improve system analysis practices, guidelines, and standards for project documentation.
• Gather, analyze, and align business and system requirements with internal and external clients.
• Design architectural solutions, system integrations, and service interaction contracts.
• Manage and mentor a team of system analysts, including performance reviews and onboarding.
• Assess the impact of changes on existing systems and prepare reports for leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Expertise in designing information system architectures and integrations (REST API, gRPC, SOAP).
• Proficiency with OpenAPI/Swagger, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and ERD modeling tools.
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience managing, hiring, and mentoring a team of analysts.
• Experience establishing company-wide system analysis processes.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Superset, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience working with high-load or distributed systems.
