Solutions Architect (AI/Data)

Solutions Architect (AI/Data): Designing and deploying massively scalable solutions for complex data and AI problems using hirify.global technology with an accent on distributed systems and cloud-native architectures. Focus on translating customer needs into technical designs, optimizing Kubernetes-based environments, and integrating AI/ML workflows.

Location: Czech Republic, Prague (Hybrid). This role is not eligible for relocation or immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Design innovative, scalable solutions for customer business needs using hirify.global Data Services and reference architectures.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for the Anywhere Cloud and Data Services portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate field feedback into product enhancements.
• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure and high-performing distributed environments.
• Analyze production environments to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend architectural improvements.
• Partner with data scientists and AI practitioners to implement innovative AI and data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Python and Go.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML, data warehousing, and data engineering.
• Experience with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in designing Kubernetes APIs, CRDs, and Controllers with a focus on backward compatibility.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic as the role does not offer relocation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU technologies.
• Experience working in the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) community.
