What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets of online and mobile game player behavior to address strategic business questions.
• Provide actionable recommendations to shape game features, economies, and future product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to drive monetization and retention improvements.
• Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness of key business metrics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets to inform business decisions.
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for understanding social gaming behavior and tolerance for ambiguity.
