What you will do

• Lead the planning, infrastructure coordination, and internal promotion of cloud services within the Corporate IT division.
• Monitor and align the product roadmap of cloud services with internal deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operation teams to ensure smooth product implementation and maintenance.
• Design and execute internal campaigns and training programs to drive engagement among business users.
• Analyze data usage and propose improvements to enhance the user experience of internal IT platforms.
• Manage stakeholders across various departments to align IT initiatives with the overall company strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Manager at a senior level.
• Strong background in cloud services, specifically Microsoft products.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• General knowledge of AI technologies and hands-on experience with AI products like Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven leadership in driving product initiatives facing business users.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner specifically for internal-use cloud services.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 (M365) product suite.
