What you will do

• Lead the architecture, development, and operation of GTPN platform systems.
• Manage and develop a high-performing engineering team, ensuring team health and execution quality.
• Drive technical design and key architectural decisions for scalable and reliable services.
• Conduct code reviews and handle critical implementation work where needed.
• Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Utilize data and system insights to optimize performance, reliability, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in modern software engineering and system architecture.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical judgment for building scalable and reliable systems.
• Experience coaching and developing engineers.
• Must be based in Seoul.
