What you will do
- Draft technically accurate B2B product communications, including end-of-life (EOL) notices and product update announcements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to extract technical context for customer-facing communications.
- Ensure all communications are well-structured, timely, and aligned with the company brand tone.
- Manage logistics and content preparation for Customer Advisory Board (CAB) events and meetings.
- Align product communications with broader marketing messaging in coordination with the Customer Growth team.
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of experience in customer communications, product marketing, or product communications.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, preferably within startup or scale-up environments.
- Proven ability to write technical product communications (feature updates, deprecations).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- German language skills.
- Experience in identity verification (IDV), KYC, or fintech sectors.
- Familiarity with Customer Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
- Experience operating across multiple European markets.
