What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend microservices for an AI-powered voice platform.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, including authentication, RBAC, and third-party integrations.
• Develop real-time voice pipeline integrations using SIP, WebRTC, and LiveKit.
• Integrate external systems such as Zoho CRM and Google/Microsoft Calendars.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS using ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and S3.
• Manage containerization with Docker and maintain CI/CD pipelines via Bitbucket Pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining microservices architectures.
• Proven experience with AWS services (ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, S3).
• Proficiency with Docker, Docker Compose, and CI/CD delivery workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English for technical documentation and cross-functional communication.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time voice/telephony systems (SIP, WebRTC, LiveKit).
• Exposure to AI/LLM or conversational voice platforms.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Performance and latency optimization for real-time systems.
