What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and align requirements with the overarching goals and vision.
• Translate complex business problems into clear storytelling and actionable requirements for the development team.
• Use data analytics and quantitative analysis to unearth root causes of pain points and validate opportunities.
• Map and validate information flows within complex organizational settings to improve system design.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, prioritization, and retrospectives.
• Define KPIs to measure product performance in terms of business and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering software in an agile environment.
