I’m currently hiring a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for our partner - a 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 scaling its presence in the Danish market.
This is a key role with full ownership of the local market: from shaping and executing the marketing strategy to driving day-to-day operations and growth.

🚀 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
– Own and manage marketing operations for the Danish market
– Implement and develop the local marketing strategy, aligned with cultural, linguistic, and behavioral characteristics of the target audience
– Coordinate campaigns and workflows across internal teams and external partners
– Lead localization of creatives, messaging, and brand positioning
– Work closely with affiliate, product, performance, PR, and platform teams
– Represent the brand locally and build partnerships
– Contribute to PR initiatives and act as a local brand ambassador
– Analyze market performance and drive data-informed decisions
– Ensure smooth execution of all ongoing marketing activities

🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
– 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
– 2+ years in a senior / lead role with ownership of a local market
– Experience in iGaming / betting or other highly competitive digital verticals
– Strong operational marketing and project management skills
– Proven experience working with agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams
– Ability to evaluate creatives and adapt communication to local audiences
– Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
– Experience in regulated markets is a plus

🌍 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬:
– Danish — native / fluent
– English — Upper-Intermediate+
