What you will do
- Own end-to-end off-page SEO initiatives across multiple international markets.
- Build and execute scalable backlink acquisition strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Research and secure high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach and relationship building.
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor backlink quality and proactively reduce off-page SEO risks.
- Experiment with new outreach methods and AI-powered workflows to improve performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SEO experience with a strong focus on off-page SEO.
- Proven success in high-quality backlink acquisition and improving organic rankings.
- Strong understanding of Google's ranking algorithms and modern off-page SEO practices.
- Experience working across multiple countries or international SEO projects.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or Similarweb.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1+ preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or outreach vendors.
- Experience with AI-assisted outreach workflows.
- Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale content websites.
- Experience expanding SEO strategies into new international markets.
