What you will do

• Manage 4–8 diverse iGaming projects simultaneously, formulating tailored strategies, KPIs, and growth priorities for each.
• Lead a team of content, link-building, and technical SEO specialists, overseeing task allocation and quality control.
• Conduct hands-on technical audits, managing crawlability, JS rendering, site speed, and architecture optimization.
• Build semantic cores and content plans for various GEOs, accounting for local regulatory environments.
• Establish repeatable internal frameworks, including strategy templates, audit guidelines, and onboarding checklists.
• Contribute to agency growth by defining service structures, packaging value, and refining pricing models.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in SEO, including at least 2 years in an agency environment.
• Proven track record in the iGaming vertical (casino, sportsbook, or affiliate).
• Experience simultaneously managing 4-8 complex projects of varying types.
• Hands-on experience managing execution teams (content, links, developers).
• Fluent English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages.

Nice to have

• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring junior SEO specialists.
• Direct background in managing Tier 1 markets and navigating their regulatory restrictions.
• Understanding of agency economics, including client ROI tracking and project P&L structures.
