What you will do

  • Design, document, and continuously improve global HR processes, operating procedures, and employee journeys.
  • Utilize ServiceNow to design and improve efficient, intuitive, and scalable end-to-end employee experiences.
  • Lead process standardization and optimization projects across multiple regions and teams.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, governance frameworks, and control documentation.
  • Partner with HR, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver automation and transformation plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR process design, optimization, and governance within a complex global organization.
  • Hands-on experience using ServiceNow to support HR service delivery and workflows.
  • Proven background in HR operations and service delivery models.
  • Experience operating within regulated environments, including compliance with GDPR, SMCR, or FCA.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and journey mapping.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
