What you will do

• Support HR operations and compliance, assisting with the transition of processes to Shared Services in alignment with Bulgarian legal requirements.
• Prepare and maintain essential HR documentation, including employment contracts and official letters.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Operations.
• Manage employee records and benefits (food, transport, multisport), ensuring timely activation and vendor communication.
• Handle sensitive employee information with high discretion and maintain ethical HR practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria to support the office-first hybrid model.
• Service-oriented approach with a focus on providing a professional and empathetic employee experience.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
