What you will do

• Generate AI image and video assets using prepared prompts, references, and quality criteria.
• Create AI talking avatars and high-quality voiceovers using text-to-speech tools.
• Perform rigorous quality checks to filter out artifacts, unnatural anatomy, and poor motion.
• Prepare selected assets for handoff through basic cropping, resizing, and sorting.
• Iterate on production processes and communicate technical issues or model errors to the team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools.
• Strong visual judgment to evaluate realism, composition, and lighting.
• High attention to detail regarding anatomy, faces, hands, and lip-sync.
• Ability to work within defined production pipelines and iterative workflows.
• Experience communicating technical output issues and suggesting practical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with ComfyUI or node-based AI workflows.
• Basic video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Manual editing skills in Photoshop or Affinity.
• Experience creating content for mobile apps, social media, or performance marketing.
