Salary: $171,200 - $256,800

What you will do

• Manage a team of Supplier Quality Engineers across Fort Worth, TX, Milwaukee, WI, and Warsaw, IN.
• Oversee external supplied products to ensure conformance to purchasing controls, FDA, and international requirements.
• Develop and maintain monitoring systems to track supplier performance, nonconformances, and Global Supplier Quality improvement programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve supplier-related quality or compliance issues.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve audit findings and complaint investigations.
• Mentor, coach, and manage the professional development and performance of direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field with 7+ years of experience in Engineering/Quality and 5+ years of leadership experience (or Advanced Degree with 5+ years in both).
• Experience working within a regulated industry.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required (sponsorship is not available for this level).

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.
• ASQ certifications such as CQE, CQA, or CSQP.
• Six Sigma or Lean Green Belt / Black Belt certification.
• Strong track record of influencing and negotiating with external partners.
