EPAM is looking for a Middle People Operations Specialist to join its growing People Operations team in Batumi. This role focuses on employee lifecycle administration, HR documentation, compliance, onboarding, and creating a positive employee experience while supporting daily People Operations.

What you’ll be doing:
— Coordinate onboarding and prepare employment documentation for new hires
— Manage HR documentation, digital archives, and compliance with local employment regulations
— Process employee requests, certificates, and employment-related documentation
— Support employee offboarding and maintain accurate HR records
— Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and administrative requests
— Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth People Operations
— Organize office activities and team-building initiatives

What they’re looking for:
— 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role
— Knowledge of Georgian labor legislation and compliance requirements
— Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation management
— Strong written and verbal communication skills
— Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities
— Familiarity with Georgian government HR portals ( and Ministry of Health) is an advantage
