Location: Kraków, Łódź, or Warsaw. Only office and hybrid work are possible; full remote is not available.

What you will do
- Manage brand communication on X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Steam, Discord, and Reddit.
- Create and publish graphical and video content as well as news posts.
- Coordinate PR activities, media relations, and collaborations with influencers.
- Develop marketing and PR plans in cooperation with production teams.
- Host live streams on Twitch and Steam and present games at industry events.
- Analyze community growth and social media metrics to optimize content strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in communications or community management within the game development industry.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and gaming communities.
- Proficiency in software for creating graphics, GIFs, and video editing.
- English: C1 level required.
- Polish: Native level required.
- Natural on-camera presence and comfort with public speaking/streaming.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with gaming press, media outlets, and content creators.
- Experience running your own YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, or TikTok channels.
- A portfolio of shipped game titles you have worked on.
