What you will do

• Handle incoming media inquiries and drive proactive outreach across Poland, DACH, and France.
• Brief and manage PR agencies to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and objectives.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with journalists, editors, and industry contacts.
• Coordinate the production of PR assets and materials in collaboration with internal creative and brand teams.
• Plan and execute the PR components of events, launches, and showroom activations.
• Support collaborations with external brands and artists while monitoring and reporting on media coverage.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in PR or communications (required).
• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to work management.
• Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to increase efficiency.
