Database Support Analyst 1 (IQVIA Database Operations): Maintaining the IQVIA database and common master file with an accent on data accuracy, exception resolution, and protocol compliance. Focus on verifying maintenance, identifying data trends, and standardizing repetitive processes through research tools.

Location: Taguig City, Philippines

What you will do

Create and maintain the hirify.global database under guidance.
Process accurate and timely additions and modifications to the common master file.
Resolve assigned file code database exceptions through setup and maintenance.
Verify daily maintenance activity and apply corrections when needed.
Monitor monthly and quarterly client information for trends.
Maintain documentation for quality control procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent and four years of experience with hirify.global database operations.
Proficiency in Windows applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and diagnosis trends.
Ability to identify and eliminate repetitive problems and standardize processes using existing research tools or by helping develop new tools.

Nice to have

Experience with mainframe tools such as JCL, SAS, and hirify.globalPACT.
