Financial Controller (MedTech)

What you will do

• Oversee local bookkeeping, tax processes, and statutory reporting for the Denmark and Finland markets.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Prepare monthly P&L reviews and provide financial analysis and management commentary.
• Manage rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure strong compliance and internal controls.
• Act as a finance business partner to local management to support cost optimization.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in audit and financial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, taxation, and internal controls.
• Fluent English (C1) and fluency in Swedish or another Scandinavian language.
• Experience with SAP or similar large ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Must be able to work from the Solna office at least 50% of the time.
• This is a temporary maternity cover position for approximately 14 months.
