Technical Solutions Engineer (Japanese, AI)

What you will do

• Guide clients through onboarding and support successful adoption of AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Analyze customer business cases, data, and constraints to recommend appropriate product configurations and integrations.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, Product teams, Project Managers, and developers on requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical specifications, user documentation, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate feature enhancements, and communicate customer feedback to the Product team.
• Develop internal tools and scripts for operational efficiency, data visualization, and analysis.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese and professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain technical subjects clearly and logically.
• Strong research, summarization, and independent learning skills.
• Knowledge of SQL queries for retrieving data from databases.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical solutions, technical consulting, mobile measurement partner, digital marketing, or advertising roles.
• Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, data mining, or executive-focused data analysis.
• Ability to read JavaScript and understand application code.
• iOS or Android development experience.
• Experience maintaining and debugging Web or App SDK-related solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
