What you will do

• Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare technical specifications for developers and create comprehensive user documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and analyze data.
• Analyze client data to provide actionable insights and optimize business outcomes.

Requirements

• English: Professional level required
• Japanese: Native level required
• Strong logical communication and research skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Self-motivated learner with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in the mobile measurement partner industry (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• 1+ years of experience in a technical solution or consulting role.
• Background in digital marketing or advertising.
• Ability to read JavaScript and understand SDK-related solutions.
