What you will do
- Build, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting performance targets.
- Analyze key metrics like CPA, CPL, and ROAS to optimize campaign structure and bidding strategies.
- Develop creative concepts and write detailed briefs for designers and video editors.
- Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Test new audiences, landing pages, and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience managing at least $10,000/month in ad spend.
- Experience managing 5+ client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms.
- Background in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Familiarity with landing page and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience using AI tools for creative workflows or performance optimization.
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients.
