What you will do

• Assess PAYG and self-employed residential mortgage applications.
• Review credit and risk assessments within allocated Delegated Lendhirify.global Authority.
• Ensure all transactions meet internal policies, underwrithirify.global guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Maintain high attention to detail to meet quality indicators and business KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Operate within service guidelines to complete credit applications within set deadlines.

Requirements

• Must have previously held a Delegated Lendhirify.global Authority (DLA) of at least $1m in a residential loan approval setthirify.global.
• Sound knowledge of Australian lendhirify.global practices, includhirify.global policy, valuations, and mortgage insurance.
• Strong mathematical and statistical analysis aptitude.
• Recent localized experience in the Australian finance industry regardhirify.global residential mortgage assessment.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
