System Analyst (Fintech)

Salary: EUR 2,250 – 4,800 per month (gross)

What you will do

• Decompose and formalize requirements for fleet-partner platforms, covering CRM, registration, and real-time dispatching.
• Design target-state processes and system architecture using BPMN, C4, ERD, and state models to replace legacy workflows.
• Define API contracts, event flows, and integration patterns between internal and external services.
• Analyze and redesign the registration funnel to reduce driver drop-offs and improve conversion rates.
• Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and support the team throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date system, process, and integration documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Integration Analyst.
• Proven experience in Fintech and Banking sectors.
• Proficiency in system design and modeling (BPMN 2.0, C4, UML, ERD).
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of distributed system patterns (Saga, Outbox) and compliance systems (KYC/KYB, GDPR).
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and AsyncAPI.
• Background in AML, fraud prevention, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, or logistics products.
• Experience working within distributed international teams.
• Facilitation skills such as event storming and story mapping.
