What you will do

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions for products including CODE-1 Plus, VeriMove, and Finalist.
• Troubleshoot job logic, configuration issues, and execution errors in data processing workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to data transformation, validation, and movement across platforms.
• Support DIS SaaS and Spectrum UAM, focusing on coding, automation, and API integrations.
• Analyze logs and error messages to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on defect investigations and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience in technical customer support or a related technical role.
• Experience supporting data processing products (e.g., Code-1, VeriMove) or ETL-style workflows.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and API-based integrations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in applying generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate work and improve output quality.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of z/OS/JCL and the IBMi platform.
