What you will do

• Design, document, and execute comprehensive manual test plans across web and API layers.
• Develop, extend, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
• Collaborate with clients' QA teams, integration partners, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Triage, track, and report defects, working closely with engineers for resolution.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and propose solutions to improve product quality.
• Communicate test results and risks clearly in English.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing methodologies.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining automated test suites.
• Deep understanding of software QA fundamentals, including test planning and metrics.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1) for reporting and distributed discussions.
• Must be based in LATAM.
