Staff Product Designer (Web3)

Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote-friendly with optional office access in Montreal and Toronto).

Salary: $190,000+ CAD.

What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end, from initial problem definition and design to front-end implementation and shipping.
• Replace static mockups with functional prototypes to validate ideas and de-risk decisions.
• Drive design-led development by partnering with engineering to focus on outcomes over outputs.
• Evolve the design system and component libraries to ensure consistency across mobile and web.
• Act as a force multiplier by helping the design team ship code and integrate AI tools into their workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven hybrid experience owning both design and code implementation (e.g., React, TypeScript, Node, Vue).
• Strong product taste with a portfolio of live, shipped products.
• Deep technical understanding of modern front-end development constraints.
• English: C1+ required for customer-facing platform communication.
• Passion for Bitcoin and financial empowerment.
