Staff Product Designer (Web3): Leading design-led product development by bridging the gap between high-fidelity UI and production-ready code with an accent on rapid prototyping and shipping features. Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote-friendly with optional office access in Montreal and Toronto).
Salary: $190,000+ CAD.

What you will do
- Own product features end-to-end, from initial problem definition and design to front-end implementation and shipping.
- Replace static mockups with functional prototypes to validate ideas and de-risk decisions.
- Drive design-led development by partnering with engineering to focus on outcomes over outputs.
- Evolve the design system and component libraries to ensure consistency across mobile and web.
- Act as a force multiplier by helping the design team ship code and integrate AI tools into their workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Proven hybrid experience owning both design and code implementation (e.g., React, TypeScript, Node, Vue).
- Strong product taste with a portfolio of live, shipped products.
- Deep technical understanding of modern front-end development constraints.
- English: C1+ required for customer-facing platform communication.
- Passion for Bitcoin and financial empowerment.
