What you will do

• Evaluate and qualify new hardware components for integration into storage products.
• Collaborate with global vendors and internal teams to enhance product quality.
• Lead complex failure analysis investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Manage hardware projects and explore new technologies and methodologies.
• Provide L3 hardware support to internal teams including Manufacturing, R&D, and QA.
• Maintain and update the hardware knowledge base using industry-standard tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in complex hardware debugging (servers, BMC, PCIe, NVMe, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash and Python.
• Strong experience with Linux-based environments, kernel interfaces, and drivers.
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering and computer networking concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
