Strategic Partnership Specialist (Hospitality): Managing the lifecycle of online hotel chain partnerships to drive inventory growth and platform performance with an accent on content optimization, rate competitiveness, and promotional strategy. Focus on leveraging AI tools to streamline property activation, maximize distribution potential, and achieve sales volume targets.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Achieve assigned sales volume targets and strategic business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at the hotel and chain level.
- Ensure content optimization, rate competitiveness, and availability across all platforms.
- Secure and upload additional inventory during peak demand periods.
- Negotiate and implement promotional offers to support marketing initiatives.
- Propose new tools and test implementations to contribute to technological advancements.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or strong industry background.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (C1+).
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of yield and revenue management with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with practical AI tools like Gemini.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
