Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (3 days per week in office)

Salary: €9,000 – €11,000 gross per month

• Lead the data science strategy to build the next generation of AI-powered digital health tools.
• Scale data systems and ML models to support 80M+ monthly active users.
• Ensure all AI developments are clinically backed and prioritize user privacy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to move from brief to build and impact.
• Take ownership of the data science lifecycle, driving technical excellence and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Data Science leadership role.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid model in Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Strong expertise in building and deploying scalable AI/ML systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Ability to align technical roadmaps with business and clinical goals.
