What you will do

• Review and verify client KYC documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with daily payment processing activities in accordance with internal SLAs.
• Maintain accurate customer data and audit trails across internal systems.
• Handle account-related queries and support cross-functional teams including sales and payments.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or discrepancies in client profiles.
• Contribute to maintaining high data integrity and operational standards.

Requirements

• Must be a final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic Excel and comfort working with data systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• Must be able to work onsite in Yerevan, Armenia.
