What you will do

• Deliver high-quality customer service via online and phone support channels.
• Resolve customer issues by collaborating with supervisors from different departments.
• Provide detailed information about website functionality, payment procedures, and requests.
• Inform customers about current deals, bonuses, and promotions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, or English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work in rotating shifts: morning, evening, and night (10:00-18:00, 18:00-02:00, 02:00-10:00).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in digital products and the sports betting/gaming industry.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
