What you will do

• Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, web forms, and phone calls.
• Assist clients with account, platform, and service-related questions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Trading, Payments, and Sales teams.
• Manage client requests and escalate complex cases to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be a final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in Forex, fintech, or financial services.
• Ability to commit to a 3-month full-time internship.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Arabic, Farsi, Russian, or Mandarin.
