Implementation Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona or New York City

What you will do

• Own the delivery playbook, quality benchmarks, and tooling across both in-house and SI delivery.
• Build and maintain the decision framework for routing implementations and refine based on outcomes.
• Design the handoff processes from Sales to Implementation and from Implementation to Customer Success.
• Develop partner program operations, including onboarding, certification, and attribution tracking in SFDC.
• Define and report on Time-to-Value (TTV) benchmarks to identify where implementations slow down.
• Collaborate across Strategy & Operations, Sales, and CS to influence delivery standards without formal authority.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with genuine proximity to how implementation or partner programs run.
• Systems-minded approach to building reporting infrastructure and designing scalable frameworks.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate operational analysis.
• Track record of building process and structure in ambiguous environments where it didn't previously exist.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech, FP&A, or finance-adjacent SaaS.
