What you will do

• Shape the technical direction and architecture of a developer-focused platform, balancing scalability and developer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define platform capabilities and make architecture-informed product decisions.
• Drive the evolution of a cloud-native platform built on Kubernetes, AWS, and modern infrastructure tooling.
• Design intuitive developer workflows that simplify application deployment, operations, and adoption.
• Develop internal platform capabilities including build systems, observability, and identity and access management.
• Contribute hands-on to the codebase to help the team solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Tech Lead, or Platform Engineer focused on developer platforms.
• Experience building or evolving cloud infrastructure products similar to Railway, Vercel, or Netlify.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, containers, and deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on software engineering experience, ideally with TypeScript and NestJS.
• Must be based in the European Union region and hold a valid work permit.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve delivery quality.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, and Docker in production environments.
• Familiarity with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Knowledge of billing, metering, or usage-based SaaS pricing models.
• Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC.
• Interest in AI-driven practices for automation of analysis and documentation.
