Senior Manager Energy & Industry

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work from home, client locations, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Guide energy and utilities companies through the transition to the New Energy Reality.
• Lead consulting projects with hirify.global consultants and client representatives.
• Deliver market entry studies, operational improvement initiatives, investment decisions, regulatory compliance projects, outsourcing analyses, and vendor selections.
• Coach and mentor consultants while ensuring projects exceed expectations.
• Contribute to business development, sales support, and the growth of hirify.global’s energy practice.
• Monitor energy market developments and help adapt consulting offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 8 years of consulting experience in the utilities industry.
• Established business network among relevant energy companies.
• Strong understanding of energy market developments and their impact across the value chain.
• Interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills required; work permit sponsorship is not available.
