Senior Unity Game Developer (Gamedev)

Location: Remote (Global). Must be in a time zone within +/- 3 hours of Spain

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain gameplay mechanics and systems using Unity and C#.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to bring new features from concept to final polish.
• Optimize performance to ensure smooth gameplay across various mobile devices.
• Debug, profile, and refactor code to maintain system stability and scalability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Unity3D.
• Proficiency in C# and gameplay programming.
• Solid knowledge of game architecture and software design patterns.
• Experience in shipping published mobile titles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like SCRUM.
• Native or fluent Spanish language skills.
• Availability to work within +/- 3 hours of Spain time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience developing Idle or Tycoon mobile games.
• Knowledge of network programming or cloud services (AWS, containers).
• Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games.
• Familiarity with Python or PHP.
• Experience using AI to enhance gameplay or development workflows.
