Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work setup with flexible hours and office attendance.

What you will do
- Design and build shared systems used by multiple live games with dynamic events and scheduled content.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party SDKs, manage SDK and Unity upgrades, and assess their impact across the portfolio.
- Advise game teams on technical decisions, standardization, and adoption of shared solutions.
- Deliver compliance and privacy features, including age assurance APIs, CMP implementations, and GDPR data deletion flows.
- Investigate open-ended technical problems and turn regulations, platform policies, vendor changes, and internal needs into technical requirements.
Requirements
- Senior-level professional software development experience, ideally 5+ years, with C# and Unity3D.
- Broad understanding of Unity, native implementations, backend interactions, and performance investigation.
- Experience building libraries, packages, APIs, or tooling consumed by other developers.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to gain adoption for technical solutions.
- Ability to derive requirements from ambiguous or external sources and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Application materials must be submitted in English.
Nice to have
- Experience debugging Android and iOS platform code and profiling mobile performance.
- Experience with compliance, privacy, GDPR, CMP, age assurance, ATT, or platform policy work.
- Familiarity with reactive or asynchronous programming and dependency injection frameworks such as UniRx, Zenject, or UniTask.
- Knowledge of mobile games, F2P, LiveOps, Firebase Crashlytics, and ANRs.
- Experience using LLMs in game development.
