What you will do

• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and Workday configurations to improve organizational workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Workday, ATS, compensation, and payroll tools for accurate data flow.
• Lead automation projects to reduce manual administrative work and enhance data accuracy.
• Own change management for system updates through rollout plans, communications, and user training.
• Conduct regular system audits, reconciliations, and testing to ensure compliant and secure People data.
• Create Workday dashboards and reports providing leadership with insights on headcount, hiring, and attrition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT or HR technology roles.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and implementation.
• Experience working within a matrixed environment or a multi-national company.
• Proficiency in Excel for managing structured data and building reports.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills for partnering with employees at all levels.
